African Forest Landscape Restoration Initiative

AFR100 is a Pan-African, country-led initiative to bring 100 million hectares of degraded lands into restoration by 2030. AFR100 aims to connect participating African countries with technical and financial support to scale up restoration on the ground and capture associated benefits.AFR100 provides a platform for: coordinating and streamlining FLR activities across the continent, enhancing knowledge exchanges and cross-learning amongst AFR100 Partner Countries and between AFR100 Technical and Financial Partners and amplify the impact of FLR activities by encouraging stakeholders to work together in order to realise large-scale FLR in Africa.
